Colorado-based photographer focused on natural, outdoor work
I’m Zach Pollack, a Colorado-based photographer with more than 15 years behind the camera.
My work is shaped by time spent outdoors—landscapes, changing light, weather, movement, and the way a place can influence the feeling of an image. I’m especially drawn to the overlap between people and environment: portraits that feel natural, places that matter, and the quieter moments in between.
I’m comfortable working in the kinds of settings that require a little more effort, whether that means hiking with gear, starting before sunrise, or adapting to whatever the day brings. My approach is relaxed and low-pressure, with an emphasis on making images that feel honest rather than overly staged.
I shoot both digital and film, and I love the different strengths each brings.
This site is a collection of that work.
